Received a letter from the above-named person and company stating that people owning land behind my property have signed a lease to drill a natural gas well and the company just wants me to sign the lease for the purpose of receaving royalties only. I was terrible upset about the possiblity of a gas well being drilled so near my property and contacted the neighbor behind me and he stated this is all a lie.
