An individual calling himself Mr Rush had several individuals sign leases. He promised them $2k per acre and said he represented Chesapeake. After obtaining the signatures, he became increasingly hard to locate. He did not return calls and upon further examination, it appears he was using an alias and his real name is Jim Ellis. Chesapeake advised they don't have anyone by either name working for them. This individual was apparently mis representing himself and trying to flip these leases and make a profit.
